Farm Stand OPEN Saturday 12-4:30 this weekend
That's right.... Locally grown flowers through the winter and spring is happening here on the farm. This weekend we have stunning single variety and mixed bouquets of tulips available.
We also can accommodate special orders. email info@cureorganicfarm.com with your special bouquet requests.
Spring greens are ready for harvest. This week we will have spinach, salad mix, spicy greens, baby kale, pea microgreens, radish microgreens, and rainbow chard available.
Root crops include 3 varieties of potatoes, and over-wintered in the field hakurei turnips.
Our hens are loving the sunshine, the longer days and warmer nights. Our hens eat any vegetable waste we might have and non-soy, non-corn organically grown grains sourced from eastern Colorado and western Nebraska. Our Self-Serve egg fridge is stocked during the week when the stand is closed.
Frank brought us a variety of his beef and pork cuts. Come by to see what we have in stock. He and Judy will be joining us again on Saturdays later this spring.
Kevin's milk will be stocked at the stand this weekend, as well as yogurt and ricotta.
(shhh....maybe even a few chocolate milk).
Highland honey is in stock in both quart and pint jars.
The Farm Stand will be OPEN Saturday 12-4:30. We are watching the weather on Sunday to see if it will be warm enough to open. If the sun is out and it is above 45 degrees, we will be open. We will make an announcement about Sunday on Instagram/facebook Sunday morning.
Got CSA?
We have both traditional CSA shares and our flexible CSA Card share available. Curious what it might be like? Try our Spring Tulip Share for the month of April to see what it is like having a weekly pick-up at the farm. We would love to grow for you this season.
Hope to see you on the farm soon,
Anne and the Cure Organic Farm Team
